Plenty of new sites launch with a "4.9 from 120 reviews" badge that traces back to nothing. We’d rather show nothing than show a number no one can check.
What you can check instead
Every survey and job type is priced by time band on the pricing page before you call, with no invented surcharges afterwards. That is checkable today, unlike a review score.

- A fixed survey fee agreed before we attend
- A written report with footage on every CCTV survey
- Repairs quoted separately, only once the footage supports them
